Refund Claim Submission Policy
If the health of your plant purchase(s) are still not up to our standard within 7 days of receiving your order(s) our team will do our best to resolve the situation. At our discretion, we will issue a exchange or store credit.

To submit a claim:
To submit a claim please email the following information to help@biomesplantnursery.com within 7 days of purchase. Our team will do our best to address your claim as soon as possible. It may take between 2-4 days to respond to your claim.
Before submitting a claim please ensure that you have read the terms and conditions of sale that was stated and agreed upon purchase.
- Proof of Date of receiving the plants & Date of Purchase along with proof of purchase.
- Please describe your issues and concerns.
- Photos of the entire plant(s) in pot. Please keep in mind your claim will be nullified if plants have been planted in the ground.
Exclusions and details:
- We reserve the right to decline any claims.
- Please note that the 7 Day Guarantee does not cover damage caused by mishandled, delayed, or lost packages due to the carrier, as well as leaf damage and damage resulting from improper care.
- All dormant plants or bulbs are not covered by this guarantee.
- Proof of purchase required as claims can only be honoured if purchases were made through the Biomes Plant Network.
- All marked down, discounted and/or clearance plants/products are not are final sale and not covered by the guarantee.
- Plants that have been transplanted within 7 days of receiving the plant will be voided from this guarantee.
- If the care of the plant has been transferred to a different person or business prior to being received by the customer who placed the order (e.g., picked up by someone else or shipped to an alternate person/address for care), it will not be eligible for this claim.
